Tanya welcomed Action4Canada’s lawyer, Rocco Galati, A., LL.B., LL.M. Constitutional lawyer and the Founder and Executive Director of the Constitutional Rights Centre Inc. (CRC), and Ted Kuntz of Vaccine Choice Canada, back to the Empower Hour for a much-anticipated conversation following the September 24 hearing on the defendants’ second Motion to Strike A4C’s legal action.
For the past five weeks, we have been building toward this moment—revisiting the medical evidence, returning to A4C’s original 2021 legal challenge and press conference, examining significant developments emerging from the United States, addressing vaccine safety and informed consent, and asking what genuine political and institutional accountability would look like. Now, we bring the series full circle with the constitutional lawyer who has been at the centre of A4C’s legal battle from the beginning.
Rocco breaks down the September 24 hearing, the arguments before the court, where the case stands and what Canadians need to understand about the legal process moving forward. After years of delays, appeals and two Motions to Strike, this is an important opportunity to hear directly from our lawyer about A4C’s ongoing pursuit of justice and accountability.

Dr Charles Hoffe joined Tanya Gaw on this Empower Hour. Dr Hoffe was one of the few courageous Canadian physicians who refused to be silent during the COVID era. In 2021, after witnessing one of his patients die and six others suffer adverse reactions following the Moderna vaccine, he raised the alarm and wrote directly to BC Provincial Health Officer Dr Bonnie Henry. He documented what he was seeing, called for answers and, when his concerns were dismissed, continued to speak out—despite the tremendous personal and professional cost. Dr Hoffe recently took his testimony to Parliament Hill at the Allison Inquiry, recounting what he witnessed firsthand, the warnings he sounded, his efforts to alert BC health authorities and the consequences he faced for refusing to remain silent.
